Hackensack had a perfect day, starting with their 1,2&3 in the discus, and their 32 point advantage may be out of reach in the team score. We had some notable performances lead by Alisa's long jump. 16'9" moves her to a 4th place tie on the all time RHS list. Clair's 3200 with Caitlin Smith was distance racing at it's best!

We had a very good day. We won the last 4 events and beat IHA for second by 0.5! We out pointed Hackensack today but they were too far ahead. Trish's triple jump makes her 3rd on the all time Ridgewood list. Corine was flawless in the high jump and even had some great jumps at 5'4". The relay posted the fastest time of the day, setting up a BMOC showdown race. Clair avenged her loss last night with a great win in the 1600. Another classic distance race with Clair getting the win off a 34 second, wide around the turn last 200 meters. Most notable for the future was frosh Emily Terrin's back in the agate distance double: 2:26.4 and 5:45.8.
