Comments:  The 4X400 win was an exciting finish to a great day.  The weather was sunny and warm with a bit of a wind in the face of the sprinters and hurdlers which would have slowed their times.  Notable Performances: Berit wins the Javelin in a personal best, Two hurdlers make finals, Christina moves ahead of her sister to 11th on the all time Ridgewood list, Emily made a great move with 300 to go, Kathleen is only 1ft7in away from a steak dinner,  Stephanie improved her pr in the 800, and Jess pops a 60.3 on anchor to bring home the win!
