Directions to Cross Country Courses

Bear Mountain State Park - Linwood Avenue east, GSP north to NYS thruway, NYS thruway east to Palisades Parkway North (exit 13), Palisades Parkway north to the end (Bear Mountain Traffic Circle), Stay right and take first right from circle and proceed to Bear Mountain Inn (34 miles from RHS), Race Course is behind the Inn.

Darlington Park - Route 17 north, take exit (north central, Island road, MacArther Blvd) onto McArther Blvd and go to the end (up and down a hill), at light go left for 200 ft, right into the park, continue to the upper lake.

Garrett Mountain - maple are, route 20 south, route 80 west, exit 56 Squirrellwood road. left up the hill, go 1.1 mile (past the park) left on Weisledrift road, up the hill about 1/2 mile, turn left into the park, drive about 1 mile to the opening at the top of the hill.

Holmdel Park - GSP south, exit 114, after toll go right for 1/4 mi, go right at light, pass bell labs (Lucent Technologies)and then turn left on Roberts Road, this will take you to the park entrance. A quick way to get to the commuter parking lot required for state meet fans: Exit 116 for the Arts Center, go to stop sign and turn right to the commuter parking lot on the left.

Veterans Field - Linwood and Northern Parkway

VanCourtland Park - GWB, Henry Hudson north, exit 23, Broadway south, park on the left. or GWB, Cross Bronx, Major Degan north, exit 11, follow signs to VanCourtland.
